Where you’ll unlock you potential via:

The fortnightly groups calls are where the bonds between you all will begin to form, and not only will I be there to facilitate the session, but you’ll benefit from the wisdom and support of your cohort peers; peers that undoubtably you’ll stay in touch with, or perhaps even work with in the future. In fact, many opportunities I’ve received over the years have come from relationships formed over trainings.

The first order of business will be to review your homework and your reflections on the most recent classes and workshops. Once that is done, we’ll head in many directions chosen by both myself and the group. Past discussions have included: pelvic positioning in folds, building your brand, the best microphones for online classes, what to do if you think someone is pregnant but don’t want to ask, managing injuries, finding work-life balance, how to deal with imposter syndrome, building your own asana practice, helping students learn chaturanga safely and how to diversify income streams.

You will be paired with another member of the group through the programme, to give each other mutual support and accountability.

Every online workshop will begin with a practice and meditation and then we’ll dig into the topic below and more. It’s desirable you attend all live, but all will be recorded and available for the following month.

Based on the journey of growth you’ll have been on, this final session will be based the desires of the group at that stage of your path or areas I feel there is still significant value I can add.

For many of us, the growth of our teaching and yoga business, has been a very lonely journey. Beyond our own internal conversations, the only input is from friends/family who are likely to tell you every idea you have is great, or from peers who are likely to bring their own biases or unconscious agenda to the table.

Adam will be bringing his significant experience in every element of the yoga industry and beyond, along with his background in coaching and mentoring, to help you explore different perspectives and clarify your vision in both your business and your life. We’ll work out the steps needed for you to move in that direction and explore how to take down the internal and external obstacles you face getting there.

Before each meeting Adam will research everything you’re currently doing and we give you honest feedback on the external face of the business e.g. website appearance and content, social media strategy etc.

As standard, these meetings will take place online, however, if logistics allow there is a possibility of them happening in-person in London or Surrey (Cobham/Bookham/Leatherhead area)

Accountability is key and though the programme you’ll be asked to put the work in to your growth, which might include:

  • Reading and article or book chapter

  • Planning a sequence

  • Self-reflection journaling

  • Creating a short business plan or marketing strategy

  • Reducing how much you demo in a class for a week

If you got this far, I think you know, its time to ignite your path of growth, both as a teachers and as a business owner.
