FAQ’S

  • Adam has led CPDs around the world in many different formats — and there are always a few curious non-teachers who join to deepen their own practice. While much of the content is designed with teachers in mind, dedicated practitioners are warmly welcome too.

  • You can arrive on site no earlier than 4.30pm on the Friday with check-in commencing 5pm. Check out will be 10am on the Sunday but lunch will be provided and there will be afternoon activities.

  • The weekend will get you 10 hours of Yoga Alliance certified CPD credits including a certificate.

  • The Vedanta runs as a hotel with a strong focus on wellness-based group retreats. While there may be other retreat groups on-site sharing the communal facilities, we will have our own private spaces dedicated to practice and workshops.

  • As The Vedanta also hosts other guests, you’re welcome to bring a partner along. They’re invited to join the activities if they wish, though most sessions are tailored for teachers and experienced practitioners. That said, they’re equally welcome to skip the workshops and simply enjoy the more relaxing offerings, like the evening sound bath.

Children are also welcome on site, though you’ll need to arrange childcare during the sessions.

Please liaise with The Vedanta for room options.

Prices will remain the same for all retreat guests, regardless of how many activities they participate in.

  • Meal times are set, with the food being served buffet style.

There is no alcohol served on site and The Vedanta requests that no non-non-vegeterian food is brought on site.

They politely request that no food is brought to bedrooms.
