No excuse to not catch one of these classes, all over Zone 1 and 2

Adam’s creatively sequenced classes feature long holds, controlled yet dynamic movements, intelligent alignment, anatomical precision and a focus on integrity, over depth, in postures. They’re also dogma free!  Each week Adam builds a new sequence with a particular anatomical theme, so prepare to be kept on your toes and you explore mobility, flexibility and strength. Every asana and variation has a rationale in the the context of each sequence, so feel free to ask Adam ‘why?’ Adam seeks to remind all that an asana practice is a very subjective experience, and whether you are a yoga teacher or new to the practice, there’ll be plenty of options to challenge all.

Beyond his vinyasa classes, Adam also teacher regular Triyoga Hot Classes, which are ever popular with athletes, those newer to yoga, people working with injuries and people wanting a focus on depth in a more static sequence. One of these is a great addition to any students weekly yoga diary! Though there is an overarching set-sequence to these classes, there are variations each week and a varying teaching focus.

Adam seeks to remind all that an asana practice is a very subjective experience, and whether you are a yoga teacher or a yoga newbie, prepare to work hard as they’ll be plenty of options to challenge all.
